1. Introduction

Welcome to NeuraBuild, specializing in AI software development and AI integration. By accessing or using neurabuild.site and our associated services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Services: AI Software Development and AI Integration

NeuraBuild offers custom AI software development, system integration, and consulting services.

3.1 Fees and Payment

All services are quoted in advance. A deposit of 30% of the project fee is required to secure scheduling. The balance is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy for Services

Clients may request reimbursement within 14 days of the agreement date, provided minimal work has commenced. Reimbursement requests must be submitted via Contact Form. If project work has not begun, NeuraBuild will reimburse the deposit amount minus third-party costs. After work commences, no reimbursement will be granted unless agreed in writing. Clients may request to reschedule service dates up to 7 days in advance at no charge; rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Infoproducts

Infoproducts include digital courses, e-books, templates, and other downloadable materials provided by NeuraBuild.

4.1 Pricing and Access

Access to infoproducts is granted upon successful payment. Download links and access credentials will be provided via email.

4.2 Reimbursement Policy for Infoproducts

Clients may request reimbursement within 30 days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of the material has been accessed. Requests must be submitted via Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 15 business days. After 30 days or if access exceeds 10% of the content, no reimbursement will be provided due to the digital nature of the infoproduct.

5. Goods

Goods include hardware kits, branded merchandise, and physical items sold by NeuraBuild.

5.1 Ordering and Shipping

Goods are shipped via trusted carriers. Shipping times vary by destination. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5.2 Reimbursement and Product Replacement for Goods

Clients may request product replacement within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. To initiate a product replacement, contact Contact Form. Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional charge. If a replacement is not available, NeuraBuild will reimburse the purchase price within 10 business days after NeuraBuild receives the item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to ship the item back. After 15 days or if the item shows signs of use, no replacement or reimbursement will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

8. Changes to Terms

NeuraBuild reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on neurabuild.site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
